The manufactured cosmetics TM "Aromat" are accompanied by the conclusions of the state sanitary and epidemiological examination (STATE SERVICE OF UKRAINE ON FOOD SAFETY AND CONSUMER PROTECTION).
Products are not tested on animals, alternative test methods are used (Subsidiary Enterprise "Scientific Center for Preventive Toxicology, Food and Chemical Safety. acad. Medved of the Ministry of Health of Ukraine").
During the production process, special attention is paid to the selection of ingredients. Raw materials are thoroughly tested in the factory's laboratories, and the finished products are tested for environmental and toxicological indicators.
The company regularly invests in development using modern technologies. Following current trends and advanced industry developments, Aromat produces an assortment of more than 500 items of cosmetics and perfumes.
Cosmetic care products manufactured by the Aromat factory are designed for all age groups. Cosmetics for the face and body, for skin and hair care, a series of cream-balms, cosmetics for women, for children, for men, men's and women's perfumes are produced on an ongoing basis.
Perfumery production
The technological process of preparing perfumery products is built according to the classical canons of perfumery production. The products include perfume compositions that are produced in England, France, Germany etc. The workshop has special titanium and enameled containers in which perfume liquids are prepared. Careful weighing of all components, intensive mixing of the resulting mixture, long standing to ripen the bouquet, no less thorough filtration - all this ensures high quality products.
The packaging of toilet waters, colognes and lotions is carried out on a conveyor belt using a number of mechanisms: a vacuum filling device and a bottle capping device. Further careful manual finishing of the bottle, packing in cases and shipping boxes exclude the release of low-quality products.
The conveyor for the production of toilet waters is additionally equipped with a mechanism for rolling (sealing) the neck of the bottle with a spray gun, as well as a machine for packing bottles into a case with a date stamp and a machine for cellophane bottles with a special film to preserve the product. Finished products are stored on a pallet and transferred to the warehouse with the help of a car.
Cosmetic production
All cosmetic raw materials used in production comply with the requirements of the WHO (World Health Organization), the European Community, have certificates of quality, safety data sheets and the conclusion of the state sanitary and hygienic examination of Ukraine. When raw materials arrive at the factory, they are checked and a permit for use in production is issued. In the warehouse, raw materials are additionally marked with an indication of the terms of their use.
The preparation of creams for the face, body, eyelids and lips, creams for children, baby oils, various shampoos and hair balms, tonal creams, hair dyes, and after-shave products, are made in stainless steel reactors with an enamel coating. with appropriate fittings, which ensures the cleanliness and high quality of the product.
The packaging of cosmetics is carried out on machines in laminate tubes, in plastic bottles and bags made of laminated film. The whole process of preparation, cooling, transfer to automatic packaging machines for cosmetic masses is mechanized, which excludes the possibility of microbiological contamination of products.
Analytical laboratory
To control the quality of raw materials and finished products, the Aromat factory has a laboratory certified in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine, equipped with all the necessary equipment and instruments. All raw materials used in production comply with the requirements of the WHO (World Health Organization) of the European Community have certificates of quality, safety data sheets and the conclusion of the state sanitary and hygienic examination of Ukraine.
When preparing perfumery and cosmetic products, the laboratory carries out operational control of the quality of semi-finished products and the final product. The analytical laboratory issues a quality certificate for finished products. All products of the Aromat factory undergo a sanitary and hygienic examination at the testing center of the Kharkiv National Medical University, based on the results of which the conclusions of the Sanitary and hygienic examination issued by the Kharkiv Regional Sanitary Epidemiological Station were obtained for all products. All hair care products are provided with certificates of conformity of Ukraine.
Microbiological laboratory
To check the microbiological purity of cosmetic products, the Aromat enterprise has a microbiological laboratory, which is certified for the right to conduct microbiological control. The laboratory systematically monitors the air in the working room, prepared water, raw materials, containers for packaging products, cleanliness of equipment and work surfaces, cleanliness of hands and clothes of service personnel and, ultimately, the cleanliness of finished products - at intervals in accordance with the legislation of Ukraine. To comply with the technological process, bactericidal lamps for air disinfection are installed in the production premises of the Aromat factory, at the entrance to the workshop there are special mats impregnated with a disinfectant solution for disinfecting workers' shoes, washbasins are equipped with devices with a disinfectant solution for hand disinfection, personnel has overalls, gloves, hats.
НThe direction for the work of the above specialists is determined in accordance with marketing research and the recommendations of marketing specialists who study consumer preferences and demand. Thus, "Aromat" manufactures products that ideally meet modern requirements, with an optimal ratio of price and quality. During the existence of the factory, a trusting relationship has been formed with both suppliers and customers.
